Facilitation. Elicitive approach and the incorporation of aesthetics / Facilitación. El enfoque elicitivo y la incorporación de la estética.

In this session we will review some elicitive facilitation tools in order to allow people in a group to share their knoledge and experience. We will explore the notions of “group” and within the group discover different answers.
How to generate spaces where different voices are heard? How to aknowledge and validate the experiences individuals bring? How can these experences be consulted to address different topics that are relevant to the group? How do I prepare myself to be an elicitive facilitator for a session?

In this session we will review some elements of non-violent communication, active listening and theater image. Through involving the creation of collective aesthetics will be shown to be addressing the group experience.

En esta sesión se revisarán algunas herramientas de facilitación elicitiva de grupos. Buscando que las personas compartan su conocimiento y sus experiencias, generando la noción de grupo y pudiendo explorar con el grupo distintas respuestas.
¿Cómo generar espacios donde se escuchen las distintas voces? ¿Cómo reconocer y validar las experiencias de cada persona y cómo estas pueden ser consultadas para atender temas que son relevantes para el grupo? ¿Cómo me preparo para ser una facilitadora elicitiva para una sesión?

En la sesión se revisarán algunos elementos de comunicación no violenta, escucha activa, y teatro imagen. Involucrando de esta manera la creación de estéticas colectivas en torno a la experiencia del grupo.

Currently he is a doctoral student at the University Jaume I, from Castellon. He did a master degree in Peace Studies at the University of Innsbruck, UNESCO Chair. He studied law in the Center for Economic Research and Teaching. He was a consultant for United Nations on Projects on justice and gender. Advisor for the Justice Commission in the Mexican Senate. Worked for Partners for the Democratic Change, the Latin American Social Sciences Faculty (FLACSO) and the Center for Urban Security and Prevention.
He was awarded the prize Razon de Ser by Fundacion Merced, the prize Cemex-Tec, the prize Quorum, Crear Valor and the Better Cities Film Festival.

Cursa el doctorado en la Universidad Jaume I de Castellón, España. Estudió la maestría en Estudios de Paz por la Universidad de Innsbruck, Cátedra UNESCO. Abogado del Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas. Fue consultor para Naciones Unidas en proyectos de género y justicia. Fue asesor de la Comisión de Justicia en el Senado. Trabajó para el Centro de Colaboración Cívica, la FLACSO y para el Centro de Seguridad Urbana y Prevención.
Recibo el reconocimiento Razón de Ser de la Fundación Merced, Premio Cemex-Tec, Premio Quorum, Crear Valor y el premio a documental en arte urbano por el Better Cities Film Festival.
