I am a single earner for my household of four members (including two school going children). My husband has been the primary stay-at-home parent for our children. I am therefore unable to pay for anything extra outside of my regular expenses, even if it is for my personal and professional growth. I did explore the possibility for coverage of the costs from my organization but due to recent budget costs, this has also become unfeasible. Therefore, I would like to request for a full scholarship for the institute and hope that you see value in having me as a participant.

Dear Sir/Madame,
It'll be very helpful to receive a partial scholarship wich can help me to face the whole amount for the trip-ensourance-hotel. Despite we are in Europe the trip is still expensive for us. Besides as I work for an NGO due to the cutouts that our goverment (fra right) has done to NGO an international cooperation projectes our salary is frozen, and we are not able to receive any extra amount of money. So a partial scholarship will be helpful.

Currently, I do have a full time job to sustain myself financially but I won't be able to pay the required fee to participants in "The Pedagogy and Peace Politics of Change: Navigating the Tensions Between Tradition and Modernity" event happening in Nepal.

The major expense from my income goes to the flat rent and for education. I am studying Masters in Clinical Psychology in Tri-Chandra College while my wife is doing special educator diploma course on Autism Spectrum Disorder from Autism Care Society Nepal and my son also goes to pre-school. Being only earning member in family, I don't have means to pay a full fee for this event. It would have been even impossible if I had to pay for the ticket had it been organized abroad and I don't want to miss this opportunity specially when it is happening near Kathmandu in Nepal.

I am kind of person who does not hesitated to spend money on buying books or paying for workshops but at the current situation I don't have enough saving to pay for this event. I would like to request for consideration for full scholarship to attend this event.

I am currently a student and will complete my bachelor's degree by the summer of 2024. Although I live and study in Moscow, my parents are in Yekaterinburg and they cannot afford to help me financially. I have a mental disorder (bipolar disorder), so I need about $217 a month for necessary pills and therapy. To cover all my living expenses, I need about $652 a month. Since I combine university studies with work, I manage to make about $700 dollars a month. Since my work is related to peace education, I feel the satisfaction of working as much as I can. I also have about $800 set aside, and I am ready to work more to be able to afford the expenses of traveling to the conference. However, I am afraid that I will not be able to cover the required expenses.

For my undergraduate studies in political science, during the 5 years I have received scholarships, since my family is from a lower class dedicated to unqualified jobs. Today, I am an Argentinean student on scholarship living in Ecuador, so my economic situation is limited. I do not have sufficient financial resources to cover the cost of the course. Airfares from Latin America are high and represent a challenge to my budget. However, I am committed to finding solutions to finance this additional cost in order to be able to participate in the event. I will explore different options and resources available to cover travel expenses to take advantage of this unique opportunity for academic and professional growth.

Despite my keen interest in participating in IIPE 2024, I must take into account my monthly income and the regular expenses my family incurs, particularly the medical treatment for my parents and the cost of living and foods in Kathmandu. Unfortunately, I am unable to cover the program cost. Therefore, without any hesitation, I am earnestly requesting a full scholarship to make my participation possible. I fully assure you that the scholarship, which you provide me will be beneficial to contribute peace education in Nepal.

As an international graduate student in the UK, I have limited financial resources to cover my travel expenses. However, I will explore two potential sources of funding to support my travel: 1. I have access to some limited funding support from my university, which I will actively pursue to cover a portion of my travel costs. 2. I will make an effort to save a small amount from my monthly stipend to contribute towards purchasing my flight tickets.

I am currently an international graduate student in the UK, and my personal and family savings have been significantly exhausted due to the high costs associated with my previous education at Cambridge. The scholarship I currently receive only covers my basic living expenses and rent, leaving little room for additional savings.

As an international student, I do not have access to additional sources of income or funding beyond my scholarship and the limited support from my university. The high cost of living in the UK further constrains my financial situation, making it challenging to allocate funds towards travel expenses.

I am deeply committed to participating in this programme, as I believe it will significantly contribute to my academic and professional growth. However, given my current financial circumstances, I would be immensely grateful for any scholarship support that can be provided to help me cover the costs of attending this valuable opportunity.

My initial plan to self-fund the entire process to be able to participate in 2024 IIPE Nepal and I had been saving for 4 months now. However, just this week, I discovered that I have 8.5 cm large cysts in my ovary and need to do operation soon which might cost around 1,500 USD. The surgery cannot be done at my home town, therefore I need to travel to city (Yangon) to do the operation. The doctor suggests to do the operation in May. Which is why by June 2024, I would not have enough money to pay both participation fees ($700) and transportation fees ($700 - Myanmar - Bangkok - Kathmandu: round trip). Therefore, I really need a full scholarship of $700 USD to be able to participate in 2024 IIPE.

I am full time working for developing and promotion of peace education and local funding for peace initiatives as my lifetime mission. Based on principle ground I do not mobililze international funding for local peace works, rather I make small little efforts to create local peace fund starting from own family. However, I do need to some funding supports for out-station programs like this as I have very limited funds to provide for outstation programs. Since I am fully on a lifetime mission I commit 80% of my consultancy fees to my peace education mission that comes from time to time
For the IIPE program in Nepal sicne I will not be able to afford two way flight tickets I will organizing my own personal resources to two way travels; part by flight (Imphal-kolkata/Guwahati), part by train (Guwahati-Nepal border); and part by road; Nepal border to IIPE program venue.
